at North Carolina Global TransPark Center in Kinston

Granville Academy North Carolina celebrated the birthday and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther
King, Jr., by hosting an Educational Summit on Wednesday, January 14, 2009.
The summit's theme was “Preparing Youth for Success in the Global Marketplace.”
This event was held at the North Carolina Global TransPark Center and two of the keynote speakers for this venue were William Granville Jr., Founder and Chairman of Granville Academy National, and Carolyn Hardy, Human Resource Manager for Spirit AeroSystems.

William "Bill" Granville, founder and chairman of Granville Academy National was the keynote speaker for Granville Academy North Carolina's Opening Ceremony on Monday, September 17, 2007 at Lenoir Community College.

Granville Academy North Carolina will partner with the Lenoir County Public Schools and Lenoir Community College in Kinston, North Carolina to launch program initiatives for the 2007 - 2008 school year. This awesome initiative started off with an Advisory Board Meeting on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at the college.
